Benedete is a graduate of law from Dr. Bamu University in India and an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya. She was admitted to the Roll of Advocates in 2001. She has run a successful law firm for well over a decade, and has been involved in litigation and prosecution of cases on various intricate legal matters. Benedete specialises in Public-Private Partnerships, Corporate and Commercial law, Land Conveyancing and Investment advisory law and electoral law. She has represented different stakeholders in various election disputes.

Valentine holds a Bachelors Degree in Law, from Strathmore University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Kenya School of law & is a recognised Mediator and Arbitrator by the Chartered Institute of Arbitratotion and Dispute Resolution. Admitted to the bar as an Advocste of the High Court of Kenya, Valentine has a right of audience in both the Superior courts and the Subordinate courts. In legal practice, he has litigated and prosecuted ground breaking litigation in intellectual property and commercial law.
